How will you make an impact in this role?

Serves American Express Card Members around the world with a full range of travel services, from trip planning and booking to enhancing the broader travel experience. Provide exclusive Travel & Lifestyle services to Centurion & Platinum Card Members, creating unique experiences by effectively communicating the value proposition of each product.

Responsibilities:

1. Book and sell the following luxury services:
2. Luxury hotel reservations
3. Car rental
4. Cruises
5. Lifestyle requests such as dining, sports, and worldwide exclusive events
6. Achieve call center metrics
7. Sales

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong Travel and lifestyle knowledge
• Superior knowledge of fine dining, premium retail products, services, travel, sports, etc.
• Customer service and sales experience
• Active listening and excellent written and verbal skills
• Problem-solving oriented
• Team player and ability to work under pressure
• Passion for service and focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to follow up on complex requests
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proactivity and decision-making
• Strong coaching and feedback provider
• Self-driven and conflict management
• English proficiency - Essential
• Portuguese - Advanced recommended
