Job Description

The project manager should have experience with creative projects – from gathering project requirements through planning and execution to production and release. And you must love to inspire people, wrangle resources, and keep things always moving forward!

What you'll do

• Manage resourcing and project plans for a high volume of creative projects in a dynamic environment
• Act as the initial point of contact and ongoing liaison for the creative/content team with stakeholders throughout the agency; act as a true partner to your account management counterpart
• Work across various projects from conception through to final delivery, ensuring that they meet agreed-upon deadlines, budgets, and standards
• Track deliverables and keep them moving forward internally using our project management tool

What you'll need

• Minimum 3-4 years of project management (digital and traditional) in agency or in-house settings; real-world experience in a creative or marketing related field
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms (familiarity with Wrike is a bonus); knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Wordpress a plus
• Experience working in B2B or business marketing in complex categories a plus
• Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal
• The ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• The ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with a team
• Knowledge of and experience with web development methodologies (agile, waterfall) desired
