CellMark is an international marketing company, with expertise in the pulp and paper industry. CellMark operates in over 65 offices in 30 countries, with Novato being its regional headquarters.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide administrative support to our Global Sales and Customer Service Team.

Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

· Managing order files and communications via phone and e-mail with supply chain partners, facilitating the production anddelivery of products to global markets.

· Handling inquiries from traders, customers, and suppliers.

· Order processing.

· Coordinating documentation/invoicing and logistics.

· Troubleshoot problems encountered during the various stages of the supply chain.

Requirements:

· Valid American Visa (to take on site training)

· Fluent in English (it will be several English interviews in the process)

Knowledge Required:

· Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience; Customer service / logistics/ supply chain.

· Experience in the commodity and / or transportation industries is a plus.

· Strong computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Skill Requirements:

· Highly organized and responsible with impeccable attention to detail

· Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and time management skills

· Enthusiastic self-starter, who can work independently but also thrive in a team environment

· Passion for providing excellent service

· Problem / solution oriented

· Results driven

· Multi-lingual (Spanish) would be an asset

WE OFFER:

- Range gross salary from $ 20,000 to 25,000 per month according to experience and skills.

- Fulltime job, from 8:30 am to 6 pm. (on site job).
