Requirements:

• Experience in logistics and transportation
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business or a related field
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple critical projects simultaneously
• Availability to travel

Responsibilities:

• Manage shipments from start to finish using logistics systems
• Proactively resolve pickup, delivery, or in-transit exceptions
• Audit freight invoices in compliance with client standards and contracts
• Maintain high accuracy standards in audits and reporting
• Collaborate with other logistics teams and train new members as needed
• Provide after-hours support as assigned
