We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8-12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday and a strong background in Computational Biology or Cheminformatics. This role involves leading technical projects, ensuring the successful implementation of Workday solutions, and contributing to the advancement of our company’s mission.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the design and implementation of Workday solutions to meet business requirements.
2. Oversee the development and deployment of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday with other systems and applications.
5. Ensure the scalability and reliability of Workday solutions by conducting thorough testing and quality assurance.
6. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
8. Stay updated with the latest Workday features and enhancements, and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
9. Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
10. Participate in strategic planning sessions to align technical initiatives with business goals.
11. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
12. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
13. Engage with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration and support for Workday solutions.

Qualifications

1. Possess a strong technical background with extensive experience in Workday.
2. Demonstrate expertise in Computational Biology or Cheminformatics, with the ability to apply domain knowledge to technical projects.
3. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
4. Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
5. Display strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, fostering a collaborative team environment.
6. Have experience in integrating Workday with other systems and applications.
