Position: Bilingual Sales Agent – Remote (Advanced English Required)

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in the U.S. and Canada.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Document all interactions accurately in CRM platforms.

• Achieve individual sales targets and service quality standards.

Requirements

• Advanced English level (B2 or higher).

• Internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.

• Completed high school education (verifiable).

• Interest in sales or previous experience in customer service/sales (preferred, not required).

• Full-time availability (Monday to Saturday).

• Complete documentation (INE, CURP, RFC, proof of address, etc.).

• Must reside in Centro municipality or nearby areas within Tabasco.
