Key Account Manager 5131

Responsibilities:

Lead the management of different private accounts. Generate access and availability to the medicines; implement, analyze and monitor commercial strategies. Anticipate business opportunities and threats of the products and achieve account targets interacting with different internal and external key players.

KAM is a link between Lilly and the different accounts like Pharmacy chains, distributors, HMOs, SMOs and insurance companies.

Frequently business negotiation is required in their accounts, propose resource allocation, involvement of the areas, control of contracts, audits also all documentation and reports that are around of multiple commercial interactions. Will work closely with the cross functional team to lead the implementation of commercial strategies.

Remove any barrier or need for product availability, include and maintain, trough knowledge, negotiation, preparation, trust and strong relationship with key players always with highest standards of ethics and compliance interactions.

Management of contracts, audits, and reconciliations of commercial programs in each account.

Leadership sales force to maximize the opportunities detected in the accounts.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor´s degree
  • Experience as business negotiation
  • Proven strong leadership and strategic thinking
  • Proven cross-functional partnering capabilities, particularly with commercial and sales teams.
  • Proven ability in building strong business relationships with Key Players in the industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Proficient computer skills (teams, excel, word and PowerPoint)
  • Analytical and teamwork skills

Additional Skills/Preferences:

  • 2 years of experience as Key Account Manager
  • Clear understanding of the commercial retail channel.
  • Experience leading a new or recently projects.

  • Business acumen skills: Budget management, commercial strategies, trend analysis.

  • Ability to thrive in a high pressure and ambiguous environment.
  • A demonstrated ability to develop strategic account plans from vision to implementation with success.
