Top duties and responsabilities:

- Take costumer's calls and provide them with information.

- Reply to their queries and and offering our services.


Requirements:

- Advancesd or native English profiency.

- Currently living in Cancún (we don't do remote hiring).

- Availability to work on-site and full time.

- Experience in Sales (+1 year) and dealing with customer complaints.

- Ability to work with others in a close manner.

- Good at multi-tasking and computer skills.
