ELECTROMECHANICAL ENGINEER in MONTERREY.

What are we looking for?

• Electrical, Electromechanical, or Mechanical Engineer.
• English: Advanced.
• Degree and professional license (essential).
• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a MEP (Mechanical Engineering Project).
• Dealing with clients, in presentations, and in negotiations.
• Software: AutoCAD, MS Project, Office, Revit.

What will you do?

• Project management with a focus on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, BMS, HVAC, PCI, CCTV, and HYDRO-SANITARY (all engineering) installations.
• You will participate in the construction phase, reviewing the project and supervising the work.
• Knowledge of the National Labor Regulations (NOMs) applicable to construction in Mexico, ASHRAE, and market unit prices for the development of parametric costs.
  Responsible for reviewing the plans submitted by the designer and providing feedback on opportunities.
• Follow-up on these comments. Responsible for weekly review of project and construction development to identify areas of opportunity and prepare the corresponding report.
  Advanced English. On-site quality inspection and involvement during project engineering commissioning (reporting).
• Preparation of reports on the condition of buildings or properties regarding facilities, civil works, and/or permits. Execution of Technical Due Diligence.
  General knowledge of the BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology.
