Entering or updating data into Geodis system to process shipments accordingly and keeping the service level of agreement of 2 hours since initial request.
• Create orders (CSOs & SSOs) in Zenith that were not interfaced via EDI.
• Upload special instructions if applicable.
• Allocate the orders with the requested carrier.
• Process shipments to Europe in a dedicated system (DLS) to update the final delivery address.
• Process and validate orders in E-order platform.
• Perform data quality tests and report requestors' errors on a weekly basis.
• Keep the internal metrics on target.
