Key Responsibilities
- Set up truck based on mobile exhibits
- Operate and staff client events
- Manage vendors involved with the event
- Email pictures, spreadsheets and documents as required
- Coordinate with supervisor to provide event parking options and insight via Google Earth platform
- Build and maintain solid working relationships with the client
- Build and maintain solid working relationships with any outside vendors that are part of the mobile exhibit event
- Provide updates to the client throughout the event
Vehicle Techniques, Materials, and Processes
- Watch gauges, dials, and output to ensure machine is working properly
- Operate and control equipment
- Perform all daily required tasks to MRA's standards of quality
- Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up to date on road conditions
Demonstrates Ability & Willingness to Further Skill Level
- Brings new ideas and solutions for better workflow and communications
- Inspires staff to perform at higher levels
- Demonstrates initiative to learn more about event vehicle fabrication
- Possesses a CDL – positions available for Class A, Class B, and Chauffeur Driver’s Licenses - and valid DOT medical card
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Valid US Passport/ability to travel to all US states, as well as Canada and Mexico
- Flexibility to remain on the road for extended periods of time (much of the year)
