YOUR TASKS

• Recruiting process for opening positions in Hellamex site, including posting and interviews.
• Involve in offer process, request and review documents for hiring process, and set up employee in SAP as part of onboarding.
• Communicate resignations/terminations internally as appropriate, prepare documentation, and initiate termination process in SAP.
• Participate in safety committee meetings.
• Ensure that payroll processes, including deductions, payments, and incidents, are managed effectively.
• Be involved in annual appraisals, including personnel evaluations, local bonuses, and review processes with department managers.
• Participate in annual benefits review, budget, headcount, and planning strategy.
• Organizational management and administrative tasks to keep employees engaged.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced level of English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in Human Resources department or processes.
