YOUR TASKS

• Monitoring customer specific supplier evaluation/portals and statistical evaluation of quality key performance indicators to improve the product quality continuously.
• Identification of quality and service problems and initiate corrective measures with those responsible including effectiveness check.
• Creating risk analyses (FMEA) and initiate corrective measures with those responsible including effectiveness check.
• Timely processing of customer complaints according to customer requirements.
• Statistical evaluation of quality key performance indicators to identify possibilities of product optimization. Informing of those responsible and initiate measures.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor´s degree preferred in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Electromechanical engineering.
• Professional experience in the Automotive Industry for +2 years.
• Advanced English.
• Experience in PPAP process, Quality Launch process, and customer management.
