**QUALITY DATA ANALYST**

REQUIREMENTS

• Prioritization of Quality Issues identified during Launch by assessing Pre-Production and Early Warning Response Team efforts for multiple programs. Primarily focused on DTC backlog, prioritization, and issue management across all programs FNV2 and beyond, from TCU4G and APTIV data in the Google Cloud Portal.
• Linking pre-production data with production quality issues to improve quality detection capability and accuracy. Leveraging JIRA analytics to accomplish this in combination with other data sources used by EWRT and UCS/Warranty.
• Implement a work stream to develop models that predict warranty impact of issues vs non contained open items at Jl, driving the prioritization of functional resources across multiple quality issues across programs.
• Apply Analytics to identify unique quality detections from the multiple quality processes active during Launch. Ensuring the quality issue is known and has a ticket being investigated but not duplicated, optimizing engineering efficiency.
• Triage DTC detections as within 24 hours of detections being published to allow for timely investigation of issues with vehicles. Triage to include customer impact from Part Ils, LW events when relevant, and any additional data the team needs to root cause.
