About You

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Business degree
• Must be Bilingual Spanish/English
• 5 years’ Technical Sales experience with capital equipment (ideally in the food industry) Product Management, or Engineering experience in a manufacturing/industrial industry
• Solutions provider - ability to review processes and make recommendations on equipment and components.
• Large scale food manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with manufacturing practices, sanitation, industrial environment
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (AutoCad experience)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to travel 80 percent of the time.

What You’ll Do

•Develop and manage a results-driven sales team.

•Develop growth strategy/targets for assigned product line.

•Coordinate commercial and technical details with promotion, demonstration, sale, and deliverables for product line(s) both pre- and post-sale.

•Facilitate product line training for assigned product line(s), and in accordance with corporate training guidelines.

•Field travel is required to support customers, sales team, and overall product line growth/development.
