Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the agroindustry sector's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify HR-related challenges and opportunities for improvement.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for positions across various.
• Develop strategies for talent retention, career development, and succession planning.
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure the organization has the necessary workforce to meet operational demands.

Employee Relations:

• Act as a point of contact for addressing employee concerns and grievances.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Monitor industry trends to ensure the organization's packages are competitive within.

• Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers on performance feedback and improvement plans.
• Implement performance metrics and key performance indicators to measure employee productivity.

HR Compliance:

• Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and practices are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations specific.
• Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and advise the organization on necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 8 years in a leadership or senior management role within the agroindustry sector.
• Strong knowledge of agroindustry-specific challenges and requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Proficent English
