You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality service while collaborating with customers and internal teams to guarantee satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure software products based on customer needs and specifications.

• Provide hands-on training to customers to facilitate successful software adoption.

• Act as the primary point of contact for technical and product-related inquiries.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure project success.

• Develop and contribute to best practices and tools for supporting software implementation.

• Track and report the progress of implementation projects to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Utilize Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI) to manage and report on project activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in software implementation or a related technical support role.

• Strong understanding of software configuration and client training.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Power BI.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
