We are looking for an IT Specialist to manage and maintain our IT systems, including hardware, software, and network security. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations across the company.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software.

• Respond to Helpdesk tickets and provide timely resolutions.

• Train staff on technology systems like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and device replacements as needed.

• Maintain documentation of all systems and repairs.

• Collaborate on IT projects and initiatives.

• Stay updated on IT trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field.

• IT Technician certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

• Proficient in Windows, MacOS, and Google/Microsoft environments.

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
