Principal accountabilities:
- Development of data quality models and solutions and advanced analytics, such as predictive models, classification models, and artificial intelligence.
- Use statistical techniques to examine data and provide reliable and accurate information that allows decision making; generate information analysis that is aligned with business priorities, development of dashboards and indicators for easy interpretation of data.
- Collect data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring the maintenance of databases and data systems.
- Program data quality rules or criteria that allow the identification of unwanted, incomplete, or inaccurate data that impact data metrics or models
- Responsible for the automation of the continuous integration or supply development work lines of a product or operations development service team to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Responsible for the automation of the continuous development, integration, or supply work lines of a process or service, as well as promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable controls and regulations, including the relevant service management standard. Ensure the presence of high-quality data in service systems or processes.
- Maintain up-to-date documents related to the methodology used for data analysis. Ensure compliance with applicable controls and regulations, including the relevant service management standard.
- Ensure compliance with service resilience, service sustainability, and recovery time for all solutions provided.
- Keep up-to-date and develop expert-level knowledge in current relevant tools, technologies, and areas, such as Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Alignment and compliance on regulations such as data privacy, consent, data residency, and other related topics.
