Position Overview:
The SAP Hybris techno-functional role involves:
- Responding to Requests for Fulfillment and Incident ticket types (Qbranch ticketing tool).
- Investigating Incidents and resolving configuration issues while escalating development issues to L3.
- Analyzing details via Hybris back office and Kibana logs during incidents, including:
- Orders
- Consumer
- Catalog:
- Catalogs, Catalog Versions, Categories, Products, Product Variant Types, Units, Classifying Categories, Feature List, Classification Units, Serial Numbers, Materials, Unit of Measure
- Price, Product Price Classes, Customer Price List, Price Rows, Taxes, Product Tax Classes, Customer Tax Jurisdictions, Tax Rows, Discounts, Product Discount Classes, Customer Discount Groups, Discount Rows, Delivery Costs, Payment Modes, Pick Up Delivery Mode, Delivery Mode
- Languages, Currencies, Countries, Regions, Province, City, District, Time Zone
- Base Store, Point of Service, Warehouse, Order Cancel Configuration, Payment Method Store Locator, Payment Routing, Replacement Order Configuration, Product Store Locator, Lending Order Configuration, Return Order Configuration, Code Generation Configuration
- Making configuration changes unique to a market including:
- Catalog (Units, Classifying Categories, Unit of Measure)
- Internationalization (Languages, Currencies, Countries, Regions)
- Base Commerce (Base Store, Lending Order Configuration, Return Order Configuration, Warehouse, Replacement Order Configuration, Code Generation Configuration, Adding new zip code ranges to delivery modes)
- Involvement in Build and Deployment activities via Jenkins.
