Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and engage potential candidates for various job openings within the company
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for each position
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract qualified candidates
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Assist in negotiating job offers and extending employment contracts
  • Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to improve recruitment strategies continuously

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated ability to source and attract high-quality candidates
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced English

Desired Experience:

  • Experience in recruiting for positions in the technology industry
  • Understanding of remote recruitment and virtual interviewing technique
  • Certification or training in recruitment or human resources
