Job Description

We are JATO Dynamics, the market-leading automotive data provider, and we are currently expanding our Data Operations team in Mexico. If you are passionate about automotive and data, this may be the role for you!

As Automotive Data Specialist, you will work in collaboration with your JATO team members and customers in order to understand their needs. You will provide high-quality, customized analysis and reporting solutions by performing the extraction, manipulation, analysis and interpretation of local automotive data.

We are looking for a self-motivated and analytical individual who has a passion for cars with the willingness to grow within our global automotive company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain a close working relationship with the Sales Team, both locally and regionally.
2. Data base sample generation.
3. Creation of sample reports.
4. Attend clients requests providing first-source information.
5. Demonstrate an interest in new analysis topics and reporting technologies.
6. Research and provide field information for various types of analysis.
7. Creation and delivery of reports and analysis on a timely basis.
8. Perform QA of all the information obtained to ensure a consistently high-quality standard data.
9. Identify, document and report on market trends, anomalies and key events affecting the automotive industry in the reports.
10. Research all the Dealer and Public Incentives Campaigns from OEMs data source using research tool provided by the company in an accurate and timely manner as defined by SLA metrics.

Key Requirements

1. 1 year or more in analysis preferably in automotive industry.
2. Experience in working with high data volume.
3. Experience in reports extraction, customization and manipulation of information in database.
4. Advanced knowledge in Excel.
5. Advanced English.
6. University Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Administration or correlated areas.
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
8. Self-motivated.
9. Proactive.
10. Able to work independently.
11. Able to comprehend and solve problems.
12. Attention to detail with analytical skills.
