Work responsibility:
Recruitment support:
Assist the recruitment process, including the release of recruitment information, screening resumes, arrange for interviews, and conduct background investigations.
Maintain recruitment databases and follow the progress of candidates.
Employee file management:
Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of employee personnel files to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Archives of employee contracts, certificates and other related documents.
Joining and training:
Assist the entry procedures of new employees to ensure that the new employees are smoothly integrated into the team.
Follow up the training arrangements of new employees and record the training effect and feedback.
Employee relationship support:
Assist in dealing with employees' questions and complaints to maintain good employee relationships.
Organize employee activities to enhance team cohesion.
Human Resources Policy Execution:
Assist the company's human resources policies and procedures to ensure consistency with labor regulations.
Assist in preparation for employee performance assessment.
Report and statistics:
Regularly compile human resources reports to provide data analysis and decision support.
Maintain the data integrity and accuracy of the human resources information system.
Requirements:
Education: bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) of human resource management, business management, or related majors.
Work experience: 1-2 years of human resources-related work experience is preferred.
Skill:
Familiar with the personnel management process and related regulations.
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
