• To manage the Infrastructure and Communication links for the Manufacturing and both raw material warehouse
  and distribution center locations,
• supporting users with day-to-day functions,
• developing and maintaining systems to control and support Shop Floor Control processes,
• developing additional administrative tools and applications
  to achieve efficient manufacturing metrics.
• Applying additional layers of digitalization to protect our networks fromexternal and internal cyber threats.
  Critical role in ensuring that business certifications are held and maintained for operations like CTPAT and others,
  fostering strong relationships with suppliers, monitoring network operations and implementing best practices to

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage information technology and computer systems.
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
• Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations,
and appraising their performance.
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
• Audit production systems and assess their outcomes.
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
