Position Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee rewards and discipline, and offboarding processes in Mexico.
- Foster team development and employee engagement, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Administrative Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office and warehouse, ensuring smooth functioning and organization.
- Maintain and manage internal filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents and compliance with internal procedures.
Commercial Support:
- Coordinate the company’s participation and representation at trade fairs and exhibitions, enhancing brand visibility and business opportunities.
- Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms, ensuring content is current and engaging.
- Manage and renew necessary business licenses and permits, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
External Relations:
- Act as the company’s representative in communication and collaboration with external units, building strong partnerships and promoting the company’s interests.

Work from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with half-day on Saturdays.
