Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in truck maintenance and technical training.
Proficiency in Euro V vehicle repair, with expertise in electrical system diagnostics. Certification in Low-Voltage Electrical Installation Competency (Certificado de Competencia en Instalaciones Eléctricas de Baja Tensión) is a strong advantage.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish & English or Spanish & Chinese.
Prior experience working with Chinese automotive brands is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Training & Capability Development
Deliver hands-on technical training for new vehicle models (China/Mexico markets), including curriculum design, material development, and dealer workshop implementation (theory + practical sessions).
Develop and execute annual training plans, including advanced workshops on emerging technologies (software updates, new tool applications).
Conduct certification assessments for distributor technicians based on company standards, establishing a tiered competency framework.
2. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Act as the primary technical expert, providing real-time remote and on-site support to resolve complex vehicle failures for after-sales teams.
Collaborate in creating technical FAQs and standardized troubleshooting workflows for common issues.
3. Training Material & Tool Development
Localize HQ-provided technical documentation (language adaptation, regional case studies, tool compatibility adjustments) for the Mexican market.
Manage training tools and equipment (e.g., diagnostic tools, emission analyzers), ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
4. Market & Competitive Intelligence
Monitor competitors’ after-sales service strategies in Mexico, analyze strengths/weaknesses, and propose actionable countermeasures.
Collect and report market failure trend data to HQ to improve product design and service policies.
