Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for building strong business relationships and driving revenue? At Linkeazi, we’re looking for a highly motivated Business Developer to expand our Human Capital solutions and take our business to the next level. This is a strategic role focused on identifying new opportunities, building key partnerships, and delivering high-impact solutions to our clients.

What You’ll Do:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Human Resources and talent search industry.
Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with clients.
Design and implement innovative sales and prospecting strategies to grow our client portfolio.
Negotiate and close high-value deals aligned with our business objectives.
Analyze market trends and industry insights to identify growth opportunities.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or consulting.
Knowledge of Human Resources solutions, executive search, or talent consulting (a plus!).
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
A dynamic, results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under KPIs.
Advanced English (Chinese is a plus).

Base salary of $25,000 - $30,000 MXN gross per month, plus an attractive commission scheme.
