The company has also been actively involved in the construction of 5G networks and is currently seeking anEHS Specialist.

Position Objective:
To ensure compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations in telecommunications and urban rail transportation projects, fostering a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety Management:

• Implement and oversee workplace safety programs for local and international projects.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify risks and propose corrective measures.

• Ensure compliance with safe work procedures.

Occupational Health:

• Design strategies to prevent occupational illnesses and promote employee well-being.

• Coordinate training and drills related to first aid and emergency response.

Environmental Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with local and international environmental regulations.

• Oversee waste management and implement sustainable practices at work sites.

Training and Awareness:

• Develop and deliver training programs on EHS policies and regulations for employees and contractors.

• Promote a culture of safety and sustainability within work teams.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare EHS compliance reports for senior management and local authorities.

• Investigate incidents or accidents, identify their causes, and establish preventive measures.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health, or related fields.

• Advanced english

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in similar roles, preferably in the telecommunications or urban rail transportation sectors.

Knowledge:

• Up-to-date knowledge of local and international EHS regulations.

Skills:

• Effective communication and ability to work in multicultural teams.

Availability:

• Willingness to travel and work in different countries as required by the project.

Certification:

• DC5 certification.

Conditions:

• Salary: 24,000−28,000 MXN gross.
