HR Generalist

Requirements:

Bilingual english-spanish

Bachelor degree in Psicologia, Trabajo Social, Administracion or HR related

Previous experience at least 2 years

Effective HR administration and people management skills

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Activities:

Recruitment and talent acquisition (Costumer Service´s - Call Center profiles)

Assist with all internal and external HR related inquires or requests

Perform new hire on boarding

Assist with payroll inquires when needed

Implementation and monitoring of policies and regulations

Works froms Monday to Friday
