Job Summary

Samsung SDS is seeking an organized and collaborative Content Manager to join our Content Production Center Mobile App CoE team. The Content Manager will serve as the main point of contact for subsidiaries' Shop App teams, managing content requests and ensuring effective communication throughout the content creation process. This role involves liaising with subsidiaries on briefing processes, localization, QA, and the final delivery of assets, with a focus on content adaptation and localization. The Content Manager will also be responsible for briefing graphic designers on local teams' content localization and adaptation requests.

Key Responsibilities

POC for Subsidiaries:

• Act as the main point of contact for subsidiaries' Shop App teams.
• Manage and coordinate content requests, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Liaison With Subsidiaries:

• Collaborate with subsidiaries on the briefing process, localization, QA, and final asset delivery.
• Facilitate communication and coordination, ensuring a smooth content creation process.

Briefing Graphic Designers:

• Provide detailed briefs to graphic designers on local teams' content localization and adaptation requests.
• Ensure that design elements align with brand guidelines and project requirements.

Producer Management:

• Oversee and manage content production for 3-4 subsidiaries, serving as the main producer.
• Coordinate and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in content management or a related role.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with graphic design and content localization processes.
• Experience in e-commerce or retail content management.
• Knowledge of localization and adaptation processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
