We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Joining Locaria means becoming part of a pioneering agency that combines engagement metrics with content creation processes by harnessing data from all stages of the customer journey, including awareness, consideration, and engagement. We are looking for someone who is passionate about languages and enjoys working in a multicultural environment.
Overview Location: Mexico City
Working Hours: - 8 AM - 5 PM Mexico City time (from April till October)
- 9 AM - 6 PM Mexico City time (from November till March)
Responsibilities: - Build strong relations with clients
- Daily project management of incoming briefs and assignments
- Traffic management of incoming flow among departments and specialists
- Ensure that projects are finished and delivered on time
- Manage creative production team (video, print, and digital)
- Organize document flow and financial control (Cost estimates, PO's, invoices, etc.)
- Management of 3rd Parties involvement (i.e. sound studios, directors, photographers, other freelancers)
- Ensure quality level of the final product adheres to Locaria and industry standards
Required Skills: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, account management, or production, ideally within Creative/Localization Agencies.
- Ability to effectively manage teams of producers, editors, and designers.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Exceptional organizational skills and capability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite, including Spreadsheets, Presentations, and Docs.
- Familiarity with Figma and AirTable.
