Job Description:
- Ensure accurate payroll processing, including salaries, deductions, and other components.
- Oversee regular and special payroll runs (e.g., bonuses, severance, telework).
- Report regularly to management using KPIs and SLAs.
- Analyze and streamline payroll processes for efficiency.
- Reconcile payroll systems with general ledger and tax bases.
- Implement digital solutions to optimize payroll operations.
- Supervise pay slip management and compliance with tax authorities.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Conduct risk calculations.
- Provide high-level service to internal clients.
- Stay proactive in identifying and applying payroll-related legal changes.
Profile Sought:
- Advanced conversational English
- 6+ years in Payroll with previous managerial roles
- Previous experience managing direct teams
- Experience handling headcounts of over 10,000 employees in previous roles
- Expertise with expatriates
- SAP is a plus
