Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the technical conduction of the institution's audit plan.
2. Preparation of the annual audit program planning.
3. Participates in the risk assessment process in the region, carrying out audit missions following the Inspection methodology across all Latam business lines, acting as auditor, mission leader, and leader of junior auditors, including their assessments.
4. Issues findings and recommendations to improve the organization's internal control environment, performing tests and obtaining supporting documentation for closed recommendations.
5. Participates in the preparation of information requested for reports (e.g., RAIG / BAIG).
6. Engages in Risk Assessment meetings with main managers of audited legal entities to maintain supporting documentation.
7. Prepares proposals for the audit plan, suggesting innovative ideas to enrich the continuous improvement plan.
8. Analyzes operational incidents to identify operational risk events, their causes, impacts, and necessary controls to mitigate risks.
9. Ensures the adequate closing of recommendations in Unik (audit system) with all necessary documentation for reliability.
10. Responsible for archiving, preparing reports, and final review of work led by them.
11. Represents IG in various committees (Audit, Internal Controls, and Compliance Committees).

Profile Required

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or similar areas.
3. Knowledge of Bank Policies and Standards, Internal Controls, Risks, Accounting, English and Spanish languages, Critical Analysis, Versatility, Oral and Written Communication, Interpersonal Relationships, Organization, Pro-Activity, Teamwork, Commitment and Responsibility, Vision, Multitasking, Conflict Management, Ambition.
4. Advanced English proficiency.
