Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in: Mechanical, Robotics, Automation, or Mechatronic Engineering. .
- Experience: 2 years of design and/or business development experience, engineering support.
- Experience and ability to work closely with customers.
- Familiarity with Automation, or Assembly equipment and industry. .
- Languages Level: Intermediate-advanced English. .
Responsibilities
The Support Engineer is responsible for providing engineering support to customers regarding measurements/standards of electronic and automation components for the manufacturing industry. Additionally, actively participates in management-related projects aimed at business growth.
- Competitor product BOM/Part number Crossing, creation of cross reference table and data base.
- Assisting in improvement projects with our E-Catalog (Example: reporting errors, translations, fixing names, and descriptions).
- Assisting in E-Catalog contect creation (Example: New contents, update information, and new product release).
- Assist with special assignments such as product research, customer research, market research and presentation of such findings.
- Support marketing activities with technical knowledge. (Ex. Names of products, descriptions, simple doubts).
