PLANT MANAGER

SALARY: More than $*USA Dollars per year plus benefits

OBJECTIVE: Plans, Organizes, Directs, and Controls manufacturing activities (Production and Maintenance) to ensure that the manufacture of goods meets volume, quality, and cost requirements within the established time frame in an efficient manner. Maintain standards across all shifts and communicate effectively and proactively with US businesses.

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

1. Manages both hands-on and through subordinate Supervisors, all the manufacturing activities applying knowledge of plant Layout and the production capabilities of each department.
2. Implements established procedures and maintains and improves standards with a focus on all departments. Must have a strong business sense to understand the difference between logical business improvements/outcomes/perfection.
3. Effectively communicates status updates and issues with US leadership to minimize wasted time and resources.
4. Supervises the adequate preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, equipment, and machinery minimizing costs and meeting established quality standards.
5. Requires a very clean and well-maintained work environment in all areas.
6. Supervises and evaluates procedures designed to improve equipment utilization, personnel efficiency, and the quality of finished goods.
7. Plan investigations to determine the effectiveness of Manpower utilization and project labor and staffing needs.
8. Responsible for selecting, training, motivating, and developing the manufacturing team as well as acting as a facilitator.
9. Responsible for building a positive performance-based culture and promoting and maintaining interdepartmental harmony.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Engineering or Professional Degree and a Master’s Degree is desirable.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: More than 8 Years in the Management of Production Processes and Personnel.

LEVEL OF ENGLISH FLUENCY: Advanced (Reading and Writing that allow fluent Technical conversations).
