This is an opportunity to join a dynamic group of Project Manager professionals responsible for managing Nasdaq Market Technology projects as part of the Nasdaq Client Success organization. You would join a team dedicated to orchestrating and executing projects with precision. Project Coordinator will support the Program Manager in all tasks related to the management of the project, acting as PMO (Project plan, action plan follow-up, reporting, preparation of committee material, document meeting minutes, budget follow-up, KPIs definition, and monitoring).
Furthermore, you will:
- Manage operational processes within project life cycle, including Project Plan, Issue logs, staffing plan and Change Orders.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
- Manage JIRA, including creating user stories, managing sprint boards, and maintaining a well-groomed backlog.
- Communicate and monitor project performance through key metrics (Team productivity, Cost Variance & Schedule Variance) to various stakeholders.
- Produce high-quality documents and organize complex information into a meaningful format for executive steering committee.
- Work collaboratively with different Nasdaq teams to prioritize and solve customer issues.
We expect you to have:
- 5+ years of experience working as Project Coordinator/Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of project and change management methodologies.
- Strong experience working with globally distributed teams.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills. Candidate must be able to create and manage a complex project plan in an efficient and timely manner. Strong time management skills.
- Strong knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, JIRA Query Language) along with collaboration tools (MS Office, Confluence).
It would be great if you have:
- SaaS experience will be considered meriting.
- Prior working experience in Financial Technology.
- PMP/Agile Certification.
