The NewRich Network is looking for a skilled and creative CopyWriter to join our growing team. We are a marketing-first company and we operate several unique and exciting web platforms that engage and inspire and serve the global community.

Our marketing projects are a critical part of our company. We combine technology, data, and creative energy to create a highly effective marketing strategy designed for the ever-changing digital environment.

You will work closely with our email and SEO teams to create written content that follows our internal battle-tested formulas for conversion.

Responsibilities:

• Write content that is clear, easy to read, and more engaging than similar content.
• Fix basic mistakes in your work such as spelling, grammar, or spam words.
• Communicate complex topics in ways that are relatable and understandable for readers.
• Bring unique, thoughtful insights to your content that aren’t already on Google, either from research or personal experience.
• Understand CRO (conversion rate optimization) and incorporate a brand naturally into content when appropriate.
• Be highly organized and manage your time to meet deadlines.
• Deliver value-based communications.
• Have empathy for readers and curiosity to understand their needs and wants.
• Attend onboarding to learn about all aspects of the business including sales, marketing, and engineering, while getting to meet your new team members.
• Gain a clear understanding of the company business model, and build a mental map of the types of readers who find company websites online.
• Learn CMS, and be able to easily upload and edit posts.
• Analyze data on your post’s performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Write in the company's brand voice.
• Have experience with content creation, SEO, content strategy, and long-form writing.
• Write high-quality content that passes the “Google Test.” (If you were Google, would you rank your post #1?) You will be responsible for a section of the website and for growing its traffic and leads by researching topics to find unique insights that provide readers with new, useful information and advice.
