Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive General Accountant capable of accurately handling accounting and tax processes. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing accounting administration using tools like COMPAQ and COI, as well as managing tax procedures on the SAT portal.

Main Responsibilities:

- File accounting and tax documents.

- Use COMPAQ and COI to manage XML files.

- Prepare monthly and annual taxes.

- Perform batch uploads for DIOT and issue annual declarations.

- Manage provisional payments and tax procedures on the SAT portal.

- Integrate accounts for suppliers, creditors, customers, and customer and supplier advances.

- Reconcile bank accounts.

- Administer the Unique Self-Determination System (SUA).

- Calculate Payroll Tax (ISN).

- Clean up accounting accounts and verify correct invoicing.

- Issue certificates and tax forms.

- Generate tax compliance opinions and make changes to tax obligations.

- Coordinate appointments at SAT and maintain communication with tax entities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (degree holder).

- Advanced English (mandatory).

- Knowledge and handling of COMPAQ, COI, and the SAT portal.

- Experience in tax preparation and compliance.
