Description:

We are looking for a Freelance Recruiter with advanced English to collaborate in attracting specialized talent across various industries. The ideal candidate should have experience in headhunting, conducting interviews in English, and managing full recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract talent through various sources (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct interviews in English and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Present candidates to clients with detailed reports.
- Follow up on recruitment processes until hiring is completed.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their talent needs.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
- Advanced English (ability to conduct interviews and present candidates in English).
- Knowledge of headhunting techniques and 2.0 recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, databases).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Availability to work as a freelancer and manage multiple projects.
