Team Leader Logistics

Location: Tultitlán, Mexico | Schedule: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily supply chain and logistics activities, managing the supply chain team effectively.
- Develop and implement logistics plans, schedules, and procedures.
- Coordinate supply, storage, distribution, and order delivery to maximize resource utilization.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and partners to ensure service standards and cost optimization.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in logistics, including land and sea transportation planning.
- Leadership experience (preferred).
- Ability to collaborate with international teams and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle time-sensitive situations.
- Knowledge of logistics systems, such as OTM.
- Fluency in English.
