🚨Objective:
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Director of Finance to efficiently and effectively manage the company's human, material, and financial resources, ensuring optimal allocation across all departments to achieve strategic goals. This role requires strict adherence to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with the integrated management system applicable to leadership processes.

🚨Key Responsibilities:
Ensure cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to guide decision-making.
Oversee daily accounting and internal control activities to ensure smooth operations.
Manage investor relations and maintain strong stakeholder partnerships.
Lead resource optimization strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, legal, labor, and safety regulations.
Integrate sustainable practices and ESG (environmental, social, and governance) criteria into financial strategy.
Lead the company's risk management strategy and ensure legal risk mitigation.

🚨 Qualifications & Requirements:
Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in administration, accounting, finance, or related field.
10 years of international financial experience including mergers, acquisitions, cash management, and investor relations.
Proven experience in the transportation and logistics industry (preferred).
Strong knowledge of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning.
Experience with ISO*& ISO*.
Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills in Spanish and English.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and conflict resolution skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to anticipate and address internal and external needs.
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing business environments.
