Job Overview

OnlyExperts is seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to join our team, specializing in accounting firms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the accounting industry, excellent networking skills, and a passion for matching top talent with leading accounting firms. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Engagement:
    1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with accounting firms.
    2. Understand client needs and organizational culture to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
    3. Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their hiring needs and challenges.
    4. Provide market insights and advise clients on recruitment strategies and trends.
  2. Candidate Sourcing:
    1. Source and attract top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
    2. Utilize advanced search techniques and tools to identify potential candidates.
    3. Build and maintain a talent pool of accounting professionals.
  3. Screening and Selection:
    1. Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
    2. Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually.
    3. Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with client organizations.
    4. Coordinate and manage the interview process between candidates and clients.
  4. Candidate Management:
    1. Provide candidates with comprehensive information about the roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
    2. Prepare candidates for client interviews and provide feedback throughout the process.
    3. Negotiate salary and employment terms with candidates.
    4. Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  5. Documentation and Reporting:
    1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    2. Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
    3. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  6. Collaboration and Development:
    1. Work closely with the business development team to identify new client opportunities.
    2. Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to stay updated on industry trends and expand your network.
    3. Continuously improve your knowledge of the accounting industry and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications

  1. Education:
    1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Experience:
    1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on accounting or finance roles.
    2. Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in accounting firms.
  3. Skills:
    1. Strong understanding of accounting principles and industry-specific requirements.
    2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    3. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
    4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    5. High level of professionalism and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience working in or recruiting for the accounting industry.
  2. Certification in recruitment (e.g., AIRS, CIR, CDR, or similar).
  3. Strong network within the accounting and finance community.
