Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position:

Develop and implement complex simulation models using tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, Arena, or similar platforms.

Analyze system performance, identify optimization opportunities, and provide actionable insights.

Conduct feasibility studies, scenario analysis, and what-if simulations for decision-making support.

Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to design experiments and validate models.

Ensure that simulation results are communicated clearly and effectively to non-technical team members and clients.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in simulation technologies and methodologies, integrating new tools as necessary.

Contribute to the documentation of processes, models, and findings to support continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications Required:

-Major: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.

- Expertise: 5 + years of experince as code developer (Python, MATLAB, Javascript)

3+ simulation modeling, system design, or a related role.

Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, Arena, AnyLogic, or similar).
