Responsibilities

The Opportunity

  • This role will be responsible for driving support for the computer systems, network environment and IT environment in Atlacomulco Distribution Center, overseeing IT technical operation, Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) program, sustain support, security, and contingency & recovery, that underpin day-to-day operational stability.
  • The role will have some project management remit with increasing technical complexity and wide breadth. Building relationships with all stakeholders in the business and IT support team to manage and deliver global IT projects and local IT projects (compute, network, IT/OT infrastructure and workplace services). Project Execution with accelerated timelines.
  • The role will require the ability to collaborate and respond to Atlacomulco’s and BU business operations and balance priorities of to the site in an agile fashion.

Your Impact

As IT Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Provide day to day support to the users to sustain the operations at Atlacomulco Distribution Center. Execution and closure of service request and incidents.
  • Manage relationships and communications with all stakeholders in IT, across business teams & third parties for the seamless execution of IT activities like LAN drop, CCTV, Access Control, Scan Guns, Label Printer, and office printer purchase / configuration / installation.
  • Identify business and technical requirements, define activity scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and compliance.
  • Administration of the electronic invoicing application for Atlacomulco and PGCS Mexico support users.
  • Deliver IT projects on-time, in accordance with scope and budget.
  • Complete issue resolution and risk management to mitigate and minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive IT documentation.
  • Lead regular meetings and updates on progress of activities until closure.
  • Report and escalate to management as necessary.
  • Performance and driving for productivity.

Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with proven track record delivering IT infrastructure projects and supporting IT operations.
  • Advanced conversational and written English is a Must.
  • Microsoft Windows Servers (2012/2016/2019).
  • Active Directory, GPO, SCCM, DHCP, DNS.
  • VMware or similar virtualization technologies.
  • LAN/WAN Topologies, VPN, Cisco Routers, Switches, WLC, WAP.
  • Experience in Vendor / Supplier Management.
  • Knowledge of the Mexican government electronic invoicing regulation. Ideally knowled on the DESA application or similars.
  • Budget management.
  • Solutions-focused team player who takes the initiative to consider all interpretational options and differing perspectives in concluding.
  • Attention to detail and forethought of impact.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and in fast-paced cross-functional multi-cultural environment.
  • Effective collaborator.
  • Ability to provide insight to the business from both a technical and business perspective.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to integrate into and communicate with different levels of the organization.
  • Works well with others, both internally and externally, to advance common goals.
  • Ability to translate complex issues into simple and convincing communication.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and track multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated skills in leadership, negotiation, conflict management, collaboration, organizational and critical thinking.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence a matrixed team of professionals to deliver projects on time.
  • Tertiary education in the fields of Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and possess good work attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous, and well organized with ability to multitask and manage conflicting/changing priorities.
  • Diligent and able to meet timelines and deliver results.
  • Service Oriented and Process Driven.
