Project Manager - EMR Tasy Implementation

Manages customer facing projects to implement solutions at customer sites based in Mexico, as agreed in the customer contract and Statement of Work, to achieve customer-defined success criteria. The Project Manager leads solution delivery projects from inception to successful transition to support, and is responsible for full, integrated delivery including but not limited to clinical consulting and technical consulting.

Your role:

You are responsible for planning, controlling, and coordinating solution delivery projects from definition to taking the concepts and following through to a successful deployment achieving project objectives, balancing schedule, cost, quality and requirements working with different stakeholders and leading and directing teams. Which includes, but is not limited to:

1. Generates the project plan, in accordance with the goals and timing, set by management; specifies the manning of the project, resources required, anticipated costs, risk assessment and quality standards to be used.
2. Controls the project budget and project progress, evaluates all project initiatives as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value, takes corrective actions when necessary and generates adequate reporting.
3. Leads the project, within the project budget and program strategy, in terms of quality, money, time, information and organization, monitoring progress and managing external resources.
4. Directs employees and gives them operational guidance, regarding content and organization.
5. Reports on employees’ performance to the hierarchical superior of the employees for the purpose of appraisal and makes proposals for training.
6. Manages as a Project Leader more complex service improvement sub-projects as well as manages own project team usually as a part of a larger project.

You're the right fit if:

1. 3+ years of experience in Project Management in Health technology industry and/or Software Implementation following PMI guidelines and methodologies (traditional project management) .
2. Proven record of creating and following project charts, timelines, etc., assessing risks, determining resources required, managing cost/budget and all stakeholder communications involved as well as servicing customers within the health industry (Hospitals, Clinics, etc.) .
3. Expertise working with Project Tracking tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, etc. .
4. Familiar with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) solutions, experience with Tasy is a plus.
5. Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency .
6. Availability to travel to customer sites depending on project volume. Travel ratio approx. 30 - 40% of the time.
