About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Lawton Senior Living. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-native data ingest and aggregation processes, building scalable API services, and modernizing our tech stack to a streaming architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-native data ingest and aggregation processes that intake gigabytes of data per day.
• Build a scalable API service on AWS that handles up to 1000 requests per second.
• Help modernize our tech stack to a streaming architecture.
• Debug production issues across multiple systems and microservices.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience working directly on backend systems/projects.
• Experience with object-oriented programming languages, with a focus on Java.
• Experience with cloud environments, such as AWS or GCP.
• Experience with Terraform and Kubernetes is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with different blockchain technologies.
• Experience with cryptocurrency technology ecosystem.
