We are looking for a Post-Sales Specialist to provide support in managing the supply chain from order to delivery, ensuring the accuracy of repair suppliers, inventory management, processing invoices and credit notes, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Process purchase orders for materials.

- Manage inventory and optimize the use of excess and obsolescence (E&O).

- Lead inventory audits (monthly, quarterly, and annually).

- Process invoices and credit notes.

- Assist in the customer service center.

Requirements:

- 5 years of experience in similar roles.

- Essential knowledge of ERP software and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

- Intermediate to advanced English.

Education in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Foreign Trade, or similar fields.
