We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory Auditor to join our team. The Inventory Auditor will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of our inventory records, conducting periodic audits, and ensuring that our inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.

• Salary: $27,000 - $35,000 gross per month

Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly audits in the physical warehouse.
• Generate detailed reports on the inventory status and audits performed.
• Reconcile invoicing vs. inventory in the SAP system.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage the entry, exit, and transfer of inventory.
• Analyze inventory aging.
• Analyze invoices and request corrections if needed.
  
  

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of previous experience as an Inventory Auditor or in a similar role.
• Experience and knowledge of 3PL logistics.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and related software such as SAP Business One, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet established deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Indispensable)
• Advanced English.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
