Milling Specialist:
• Support the development, testing, and validation of CNC programs for milling PCB panels.
• Identify and implement improvements to manufacturing processes and procedures that contribute to reducing and eliminating nonconformities and optimizing processes.
• Provide support in the reception and validation of CNC Machines according to Bosch Standards.
• Assist production in solving problems that affect processes and CNC Machines.
• Responsible for supporting fixtures and tools: Design, fabrication, acceptance validation, release, and implementation in the production process.
• Follow implementation of DMDs, VVTs, and general specifications requested for VS.
Maintain constant communication with CN colleagues to understand changes and new requirements and communicate them to the MFP group.
• Ensure the participation of the group of engineers in global process meetings, sharing lessons learned.
• Identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and vulnerabilities in processes and provide training for engineers and technicians to address them systematically.
• Responsible for supporting quality/customer audits.
• Support validation of new part number implementations and new line launches.
• Eliminate non-value-added activities.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or Mechanical Engineering.
LANGUAGE: Advanced English proficiency.
SKILLS:
• Knowledge or Certification in advanced CNC programming.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Advanced knowledge in cutting tools and fastening systems.
• Advanced CAD-CAM knowledge.
• Advanced knowledge in Robotics and process automation.
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical processes or maintenance.
• PLC programming is a plus: TwinCAT.
• Design CAD: SolidWorks or other mechanical design software.
• Deep knowledge in MSA and SPC.
• Basic knowledge in vision systems and scanners (Keyence, Cognex, Data Logic).
• Design electromechanical systems for automation or control of manufacturing equipment.
