Are you an SAP FICO expert ready to support a dynamic finance organization across North America? Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to provide hands-on SAP ECC 8.0 support, drive process improvements, and lead functional configurations in collaboration with global teams.

What You'll Do:

• Design, configure, and test SAP FICO solutions, ensuring cross-module integration

• Analyze and optimize finance and controlling processes

• Provide daily support, resolve issues, and execute system enhancements

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate business needs into SAP solutions

• Lead or participate in SAP FICO projects, upgrades, and training initiatives

What You Bring:

• 4–6 years of experience as SAP FICO Analyst or Consultant

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Deep knowledge in Cost/Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, RAR, Financial Planning, and FICO integration

• Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must
